Lowongan Kerja – Brand Luxury Product Retail (at Plaza Indonesia)

A Multi Concept Brand of Luxury Product retail with Store in Plaza Indonesia, Plaza Senayan and Pacific Plaza is seeking qualified candidates to fill position of:

Head of Human Resources Development Code: (Head HRD)

• Male or Female
• Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Legal or Human Resources Management, from any discipline welcome to apply.
• Extensive 6 years in Human Resources field included Recruitment, Training Development, HR Administration and Manpower Regulation and Management
• From retail background would be advantaged.
• Familiar with manpower issue and update regulation.
• Strong Leadership and Self Motivated Person.

Senior Purchasing (Purchasing)

• Male or Female
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 4 years as purchasing from Multinational Company  and 3 years from retail company.

Promotion and Advertising Manager  (PAM)

• S1 degree in Management or Advertising or relevant discipline from reputable university
• Min 5 years experience in marketing communication, PR consultancy and/or journalism or advertising and promotion form retail company and FMCG.
• Previous experience in promotion and advertising management from luxury product retail and well experienced in sponsorship event
• Strong media relations and marketing of malls are added advantages
• Have the ability of reviewing, recommending, implementing & evaluating strategies and budgetary measures concerning advertising & public relation activities.

Senior Merchandising

• Male or Female and experienced as Garment Merchandising or Luxury Product Merchandising
• Minimum 6 years as merchandising from retail company, from luxury product retail  would be advantaged.
• Fluent English and familiar operating Microsoft Office and Internet.
• Able to work under pressure and work on team.
• Make consumption, negotiation, knowledge  garment merchandising and luxury product merchandising  and supplier capabilitities.
