· Bachelor degree in management, engineering or other

· Experience 4 – 6 years in handling training matters ( preferred from FMCG)

· Excellent in setting up and delivery training moduls

· Board minded  networking and sourcing of people development

· Hands on in training need analysis; training  application and evaluation

Hospitality Internship USA – P.T. NACHE Indonesia

If you’re a professional or a student seeking specialized training and work experience in the field of hospitality management, NACHE Indonesia provides a unique opportunity to do this in the USA. Designed specifically for college students and recent graduates pursuing a career in the hospitality industry, this program provides the practical learning skills and education certification necessary to help you succeed.
Interns will be placed in some of the most beautiful and prestigious vacation resorts and country clubs in the world and will be working side-by-side with other trainees from all over the globe.

Job Locations
NACHE Indonesia arranges cultural exchange and training programs around the United States. Below are a few of the many resorts/hotels and country clubs where trainees have the opportunity to complete their practical training experience

Florida: Marco Island, Naples, Key West, Sandestin, Miami and Captiva Island.
South Carolina: Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head.

If no positions are available in a requested area applicants may start earlier in a different area and then transfer to another area at the end of the season. For example, if an applicant wants to go to an area that pays an hourly rate but no positions are available they may start in a location that pays a stipend and then transfer at the end of the season to the area that pays hourly rates.

Positions
Trainee positions are available in the following disciplines:
– Food service;
– Front Office;
– Retail;
– Housekeeping Supervisor/Rooms Division;
– Resort Activities;
– Culinary;
– Hospitality Accounting/Administration.

Pay
The rate of pay and the stipend varies, depending on the location and position that the trainee will be assigned. For trainee positions in Florida the average rate of pay is $8.00 – $9.00 per hour. If you’re assigned a tipped position then hourly wages will apply. For some positions there is monthly stipend of US$400 paid to the interns

Accommodation
All trainees participating in the NACHE Indonesia hospitality internship programme will be assisted with accommodation. Trainees are provided with Host Property Housing or a Housing Assistance Program. Housing options vary among the different host properties. The average cost of housing and utilities is $350 – $400 per month. In some locations like Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head and Orlando, housing, all utilities and transportation is provided by the host property and no deductions are made

Eligibility
Applicant must be:
1. At least 18 years old.
2. Willing to share their culture.
3. Holders of valid passport.
4. Able to pay the program at time of application.
5. Fluent in English – trainees will be dealing with the guests on daily basis,
regardless of their assigned positions.
6. Have at least 2 years of post-secondary education related to hospitality and/or..
7. Have at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality field and/or..
8. Have one year of each listed above.

Required Documents
Make sure you attach the following documents to the completed application form:
1. Curriculum Vitae.
2. Cover Letter.
3. Copies of degree or diploma if they list any related education.
4. Reference letters to support at least 2 years of experience if you do not have
the 2 years of related education.
5. Copy of valid passport.
6. Copy of any visas previously held for the USA. If you are student applying for
4 months internship you also need to submit a letter from your school or
documentation showing you are current student and will be on break and
returning to your studies after your time in the US. Only current students may
apply for a 4 months program.
7. Motivation Letter.

Important:
The placement process begins at the time of receiving the completed application
pack (including the fees) and not at the time of pre-application.

Deadline
All applications should be submitted 4 months prior to preferred entry date.
